I bought my home as a “fixer upper” and have had a “love/hate relationship” with the existing tile in the house. I could tolerate the look of the tile, but overall I hated it because it wouldn’t stay clean no matter how much I cleaned it. I had estimates done to replace all the tile, but that would have cost me thousands of dollars. After having you do the free estimate for cleaning and changing the grout color on my tile, I figured your services were a cheaper way to go, economically in an effort to at least improve the look of the tile.
I returned home late at night from work on the day you did my tile. I was SHOCKED to say the least. It looked like I had spent thousands of dollars on a brand new floor. I was so shocked I actually stared at it for a long time because I could not believe my eyes! The floor is beautiful and for that I thank you.
Besides the timely work (only a few hours) that you did on my tile, I appreciated the fact more that you have integrity with your work, and are also true to your word. Your recent efforts in rehabbing our Mexican tile were superb. The tiles look almost as they did 8 years ago when I bought the house. Your company was courteous, helpful and very careful to clean up after each day’s work, but what I most appreciated came on the third day. After it became clear that the job, was going to take considerably longer than originally figured, you just stayed the extra time, without any complaints, took your time, never asked to renegotiate the price and made sure that the best possible job was done. It was clear that what you cared about was a good thorough job. That is a rarity especially here in Florida where finding a really good company is especially difficult. I had been told by other companies that it would be impossible to restore my floors and they all recommended ripping it up. Moneywise, that was never an option, so I decided I would have to live with it.
After calling for an estimate, you were nice enough to come to my house and try several different formulas to try and see if anything could be done. Unbelievably, you found something that worked. My floors now look brand new and I keep walking around the house saying “unbelievable, just absolutely unbelievable, and it is!!
